Broken Washing Machine - Whilrpool Duet Steam Washing Machine

Hello,
I've been dealing with Sears' home-repair company since November 2013 trying to get a Washing Machine repaired. I've taken time off work at least a half of dozen times to either wait for a technician who did now show up, get here and tell me it's a two-person job and leave, or to tell me parts need to be ordered.
Sears tried to offer $500 but after my paying $300 dollars for, what was told, an all-inclusive policy, towards a new washer. My washer would be worth more than the "200 dollars" left over. I asked please just fix this one with the service for which I paid.
Was informed today that the sum of the parts is worth more than the washer and they won't work on it. I've never had an experience like this and have always loved Sears and what they do for our military but I've had it. Very frustrated. Nobody seems to care. I'm told that a manager will be calling me back but I'm not sure that will happen. Sad.
